The rubric
Rubric v1. Nine criteria, and what each one rejects on.
Every reason in every verdict names one of these by number. When a criterion loses an argument often enough, it changes, and the change is published with its date.
- 01Identity and targetRejects on: no stated target role, or a target that contradicts the posting.
- 02Opening claimRejects on: an opening line that describes a category of person instead of a result.
- 03Requirement matchRejects on: a requirement named in the posting with no evidence on page 1.
- 04Evidence and specificityRejects on: claims with no number, no scale and no named outcome.
- 05Bullet densityRejects on: bullets of uniform length and weight, so nothing is ranked.
- 06Chronology and gapsRejects on: unexplained gaps, overlapping dates, or missing dates.
- 07Seniority signalRejects on: language a level below the posting: helped, supported, assisted.
- 08Scope and ownershipRejects on: participation described where ownership is required.
- 09Readability in 7 secondsRejects on: the first screen of the page not answering what this person does.
